We have a new black material growing up from the basement. Plumbers are getting drain lines put in and they are appearing in the laundry room and the kitchen, as well as the woman cave. Framers are getting ceilings framed in. This is the tray ceiling in the dining room. It changes the feel of the rooms as they make progress.
Good news on the roofing front! Such a relief to be tight. Bet you liked seeing the black appear inside.....along with all the little piles of shavings. Good luck with finishing up the appliance puzzle. It'll all be good!
